Plastic Horizontal Dryer with CE Approval
Horizontal Dryer is used for the centrifugal dewatering so that the moisture rate of the flakes will be reduced to 0.7%. If the heat exchange drying is supplemented later, the moisture rate of the flakes will be further reduced. For the downstream polyester staple fiber or POY filament application, using the high-speed mechanical dewatering equipment (with auxiliary heating) of our company is enough to meet the market demands.
Water content of the final product is an important criterion for performance standard of PET recycling, and rate of mechanical drying directly affects the quality of products as well as energy consumption during the recycling process. The flakes moisture rate will be reduced to 2~3%,if the heat exchanger is supplemented afterwards, the moisture rate can be further reduced.
